Over the years, Bianchi Industry\u2019s After Sales department has worked ever closer with the commercial world of the group: today, the B2B portal provides the customer with a direct service for requesting and purchasing spare parts, while traditional services offering repair of the electronic boards of Bianchi and other producers and services for assistance and repair of the range of payment systems continue to operate.<br \/>\nThe aim of Bianchi Industry After Sales department is to increase the efficiency of the group in managing spare parts and, more generally, the After Sales service. In order to ensure greater control of products, an electronics workshop has been opened to work together with the Bianchi Industry\u2019s R&amp;D division and electronics department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spares management and supply service<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management and distribution of spare parts for the Bianchi Vending and Brasilia brands both directly and through the B2B portal that can be logged into. Enables spare parts to be ordered online and the technical documentation to be uploaded.<\/li>\n<li>Development of dedicated special spare parts kits for the individual customer.<\/li>\n<li>General spare parts supply (e.g. solenoid valves that are compatible with other brands).<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of customer spare parts portfolio and linked services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Repairs<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electronic board repair service of Bianchi Industry and other producers.<\/li>\n<li>Assistance and repair of payment systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-highlight\"><strong>&#8220;AREA SERVICE&#8221; APP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can now buy your Bianchi Vending or Brasilia spare parts from your smartphone or tablet with the new \u201cArea Service\u201d app, available for iOS and Android. This new app allows you to use our online shop \u2013 now improved with new information \u2013 when you are on the move and not just fr om your office.<br \/>\nTo access the online shop via the \u201cArea Service\u201d app, just enter the same log-in information you use to access it from your PC.
